Wipeout 2.1.12 Re-cap

I hope everyone had a good workout last night. I'm sorry I couldn't get there on time, and I hope that I didn't cause the session to be delayed too much.

I saw an interesting article on yahoo this morning. I talks about the top 3 exercises with which to judge your fitness.
  1. The Plank
  2. Push-ups
  3. Pull-ups

Find some time in the next week to do some of these exercises on your own. We'll be doing another Test in a couple weeks.

I will not be at the Wipeout next week. Jackson and I are going skiing, and we leave Wednesday morning. I know that Adam will be gone too, also skiing, but at a different location.
