Wednesday 1/18

The Wednesday Night Wipeout will continue this Wednesday, January 18 at the usual place at 7:30.

Because this is an open blog for anyone to see, I'm not going to publish the location or address, to prevent from having 100 random strangers show up at Kirks doorstep on Wednesday Night. Don't laugh, it could happen.

So, let's use this blog as a way to post your intentions to attend, or not. This way everyone can see who is coming.

  2. We are going to try something a little different this week. We will start out on Wednesday with a Baseline Test. We have identified 6 exercises that target different muscle groups. We will do each exercise for 1 minute, while a partner counts your reps. You will then switch and count your partners reps for a minute. We will record those reps and post them for comparison at our next test next month. The hope is that you will see an increase in your number of reps of the same exercises in the same order for the same amount of time.
    After the test, we will continue with 2 sets of our usual circuit stations. Be sure to eat your Wheaties in the morning.

  3. Kirk, Jennifer, & Phill C. are in. Dan T. is out. FYI... I have built a real pullup bar, purchased additonal kettlebells, & and olympic bumper weight set.
    We will start incoporating them into our workouts.
